To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, the following booking and cancellation policies apply: BOOKING REQUIREMENT: A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment at the time of payment. $25 Deposit required for Facials $10 Deposit required for Brows and Waxing CANCELLATION POLICY: Reschedule - If you need to reschedule, a 24-hour notice is required, and your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment. No-shows - If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without advance notice, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Cancellations - If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
